Permit Requirements:  A certificate of Insurance must be submitted to the Department of Parks prior to issuance of a permit.

 

The certificate must name CAMDEN COUNTY BOARD OF CHOSEN FREE HOLDERS, COUNTY OF CAMDEN as additional insured; have limits set at no less than $500,000 Bodily Injury and $500,000 Property Damage; and list all insured, the insurance company, and the insurance broker.
