Just Crew It!

USRowing Membership:  This is a USRowing Registered Regatta.  As such, all clubs or participants must be members of USRowing in order to participate.

 

Registration                 

We will be placing a cap of 12 entries per event on novice and JV events.

 

Over-subscribed events will be wait listed and if an event has a final only or one section then we will add another heat or section to wait listed events starting with the varsity 4x events 1st and working backwards through the event list.

 

Registration is through Regatta Central.

 

Submit USRowing “2010 Release of Liability” through Regatta Central with your registration.

 

This regatta is registered with USRowing and accepts the once-a-year USRowing waiver.

 

Online Submission:

 

1. Contact the person who submits your entries (e.g. coach, rowing partner, etc) and request their RegattaCentral 'Roster Code'. (this unique code enables the system to automatically link your waiver submission with the entries made by your coach or rowing partner)

2. Go to https://www.regattacentral.com/athletes/ and follow the instructions

3. You'll be provided a USRowing Membership ID. Provide this number to any additional coaches or rowing partners who submit entries which include you as they'll need to include it in their RegattaCentral roster.

 

Have your coach contact us at support@regattacentral.com if they need assistance obtaining their Roster Code.

 

Paper Submission: Online waivers save regattas significant amounts of time and therefore most regattas prefer online submission. Online waivers also save athletes time since the waiver can be submitted just once a year, covering the athletes for all USRowing-registered regattas. However, insurance rules stipulate that regattas must also accept a paper waiver if one is submitted in lieu of online waivers. If you prefer to submit a paper waiver, you may download, sign and send the waiver directly to the regatta at the following address:

Regatta Check-In

Check in the day of the regatta at the gazebo near the finish line.

 

Coaches and Coxn’s Meeting

7:00 am at the finish line.

 

Rain Date

There is no rain date.  No refunds in case of cancellation.
