Sponsors    Add Book request form    Letter to sponsors	Vendors  Permit Requirements A Certificate of Insurance must be submitted to the Department of Parks prior to issuance of a permit.   The certificate must name Camden County Board of Chosen Free holders, County of Camden as additional insured;  have limits set at no less than $500,000 Bodily Injury and $500,000 Property Damage;  and list all insured, the insurance company, and the insurance broker.
