Cooper Cup - April 30, 2023

SJRC looks forward to welcoming you back to the Cooper River for the Cooper Cup.  The regatta is open to scholastic and club programs.

The Cooper Cup Regatta was started in 2004 , mainly to create an opportunity for sculling boats and Club programs to race locally.  As rowing grew so did the regatta,  with close to 1,800 competitors racing over the day.  The event was originally called the William and Sarah Cooper Cup Regatta, but is now just known as the Cooper Cup.

The Cooper Cup typically takes place the last Sunday in April each spring season, with Garden State Scholastic Championships  the day before.  

It is a 2,000 meter regatta open to all Junior Clubs and Scholastic Programs.  The event is held on the Cooper River in Pennsauken, NJ racing both sculling and sweep events to include: 1x, 2x, 4x, 4+ and 8+ on both Women's and Men's side.  Registration is all on Regatta Central.  

The Cooper Cup Ad Book will include the heat sheet for the regatta with all of our supporters and sponsors.  If you are interested in placing an ad please email the Ad Book Committee.
